Tint Koncepts Window Tinting

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Tint Koncepts Window Tinting (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2920 Wyndham Industrial Dr Suite #7, Opelika, AL 36804. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Services

Tint Koncepts Window Tinting provides professional window tinting services for vehicles, including but not limited to:

• Sun control window tinting
• Vehicle window tinting (2-door, 4-door, sedans, etc.)
• Ceramic and nanoceramic film installation
• Window tinting removal
• Windshield, rear glass, and side window tinting

The specific services to be provided will be those agreed upon at the time of scheduling your appointment and confirmed in writing or verbally by our staff.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments are required for all services and are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, or staff availability.
• Customers must arrive at their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or abbreviated service time.
• Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at our location.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is guaranteed for 30 days.
• Special promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Legal Compliance

• We install window tint in compliance with Alabama state laws regarding window tinting.
• The customer acknowledges that they have been informed of Alabama’s legal tint limits and accepts responsibility for choosing tint within legal limits.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer requests tint that does not comply with state law.

5. Warranty

• Our window tinting services come with a limited warranty as specified in our warranty document provided at the time of service.
• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
• Any tampering with or removal of the tint by anyone other than Tint Koncepts Window Tinting staff voids the warranty.
• Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly and the vehicle must be made available for inspection.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about their vehicle and desired services.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage to the vehicle’s windows or surrounding areas.
• Follow all care instructions for newly installed window tint.
• Allow sufficient curing time before cleaning or rolling down windows as instructed by our staff.

7. Liability Limitations

• We strive to provide the highest quality service and take all reasonable precautions to protect your vehicle.
• We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage not documented prior to service.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• We are not responsible for delays in completing work due to unforeseen complexities discovered after work has begun.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lee County, Alabama, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.

9. Reviews and Testimonials

• We may request your feedback after service completion.
• By providing testimonials, reviews, photos, or videos of your tinted vehicle, you grant us permission to use this content for marketing purposes.
• If you wish to have your testimonial or image removed from our marketing materials, please contact us.

10. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms will be posted on our website and/or at our place of business.
• Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
